Ingredients (Makes ~12 bars)

For the base:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the creamy layer:

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the strawberry layer:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
    • Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan. Chill while preparing other layers.
  2. Make the Creamy Layer:
    • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
    • Spread evenly over the chilled base.
  3. Prepare Strawberry Layer:
    • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine chopped strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
    • Cook for 3–5 minutes until thickened. Let cool slightly, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add Crunchy Topping:
    • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and white chocolate chips evenly over the strawberries.
    • Press lightly so the topping sticks.
  5. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Serve:
