🧾 Ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen strawberries
    Strawberry
  • Sugar (or honey)
  • Lemon juice
    Lemon juice
  • Cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Vanilla extract (optional)
  • Cake mix or biscuit dough (for topping option)

🍳 Method

1. Prepare strawberries

  • Wash and slice fresh strawberries (or use frozen)
  • Add sugar and lemon juice
  • Mix well

2. Add to slow cooker

  • Place strawberries in the slow cooker
  • Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours

3. Thicken (optional)

  • Mix cornstarch with a little water
  • Stir into strawberries in the last 30 minutes

4. Optional topping (cobbler style)

  • Add cake batter or biscuit dough on top
  • Cover and cook until set and fluffy

5. Serve

  • Serve warm with:
