Turmeric Tea Recipe (Golden Tea)

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2–1 tsp turmeric powder (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root, sliced)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  2. Add Turmeric & Spices

  4. Strain & Serve
    • Strain the tea into a cup.
