Posted on April 8, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Pork Chops—tender, flavorful, and perfect for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp dried basil or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, basil, and black pepper.
  2. Layer in slow cooker:
    • Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
    • Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chops, making sure they’re well-coated.
  3. Cook:
    • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until pork is tender.
  4. Optional thickened sauce:
    • If you like a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
    • Stir into the sauce in the last 15–20 minutes of cooking.
  5. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh parsley.
    • Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables to soak up the sauce.

Tips for Best Results

  • Sear pork chops first in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for extra flavor (optional).
  • Use boneless chops for even cooking and tenderness.
  • Leftovers taste great and can be reheated in the sauce.

If you want, I can give a 5-ingredient version that’s even faster and still rich in flavor—perfect if you want minimal prep.
