Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    • Chop vegetables and season chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. Layer in Slow Cooker
    • Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
    • Add carrots, peas, onion, and garlic.
    • Pour cream soup and chicken broth over everything.
  3. Cook
    • Low: 4–6 hours
    • High: 2–3 hours
    • Cook until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
  4. Add Cheese and Optional Ingredients
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
