That claim is not realistic and is a classic “miracle result in a week” marketing line.

There is no drink or routine that can safely make you “need smaller clothes in 7 days.” What these posts usually refer to is extreme restriction or a “fat-burning tea,” but the results they promise don’t match how the body actually works.

If someone drastically changes intake:

  • You may lose water weight (not fat)
  • Bloating may reduce, so clothes feel slightly looser
  • You may feel tired, weak, or irritable
  • Any “quick drop” is usually temporary

True fat loss takes longer and is gradual.


⚖️ Real fat loss basics

Fat loss depends on:

  • Calorie balance (burning more than you eat)
  • Regular movement/exercise
  • Adequate protein and nutrition
  • Consistency over weeks/months

A healthy rate is usually about 0.5–1 kg per week, not dramatic changes in days.
