Here’s a simple and effective Ginger & Cloves Tea recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 inches fresh ginger root (or 1–2 tsp ginger powder)
  • 4–5 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or lemon to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ginger – Peel and slice the ginger into thin pieces.
  2. Boil – In a small pot, add the water, ginger, and cloves. Bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer – Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain & serve – Strain the tea into a cup. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  5. Enjoy – Sip warm for digestive relief, immunity boost, and soothing effects.

💡 Tip: You can drink this 1–2 times daily, especially after meals, for best results.
