Posted on February 28, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a creamy, no-bake Millionaire Pie — sweet, fluffy, and loaded with pineapple, coconut, and pecans.

🥧 Millionaire Pie (No-Bake)

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz / 225 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz / 400 g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (20 oz / 565 g) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz / 225 g) container whipped topping (or 1½ cups freshly whipped cream)
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)

🥄 Instructions

  1. Cream the base
    • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sweetness & flavor
    • Mix in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until fully combined.
  3. Fold in mix-ins
    • Stir in drained pineapple, coconut, and pecans.
  4. Lighten the filling
    • Gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy and evenly mixed.
  5. Fill & chill
    • Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust.
    • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
  6. Serve
    • Garnish with extra pecans, coconut, or pineapple if desired.

✅ Tips

  • Drain pineapple very well to avoid a runny pie.
  • Toast pecans and coconut for deeper flavor.
  • For a firmer texture, chill overnight.
  • Can be frozen for 1–2 hours before serving for clean slices.

If you’d like, I can also give you a southern-style Millionaire Pie with maraschino cherries or a lighter version without cream cheese.
