🥧 Millionaire Pie (aka Million Dollar Pie)

A sweet, creamy, no-bake dessert packed with pineapple, coconut, and nuts — light, fluffy, and indulgent.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or freshly whipped cream)
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Make Cream Cheese Base

  • Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

2️⃣ Add Pineapple & Mix-ins

  • Fold in drained crushed pineapple, coconut, and nuts (if using).

3️⃣ Fold in Whipped Topping

  • Gently fold in whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.

4️⃣ Assemble & Chill

  • Spread mixture into graham cracker crust.
  • Chill at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Optionally garnish with extra coconut, chopped nuts, or maraschino cherries.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

💡 Tips

  • Make sure pineapple is well-drained to avoid a runny pie.
  • For added flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or a pinch of almond extract.
  • This pie keeps well in the fridge for 3–4 days.

If you want, I can also give you a baked version or a tropical fruit twist with mandarin oranges and macadamia nuts.
