Here’s a simple and flavorful way to make Italian Dressing Chicken 🍗🇮🇹 — juicy chicken with a tangy, herby marinade.


🍗 Italian Dressing Chicken (Oven or Slow Cooker)

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • ½ cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Marinate: Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour Italian dressing over the top. Optionally, add garlic, herbs, and paprika.
  3. Bake: Cover with foil and bake 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Optional Crisp: Remove foil for the last 5–10 minutes for a slightly golden top.
  5. Serve: Spoon extra dressing over the chicken. Great with rice, potatoes, or salad.

Slow Cooker Method

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Pour Italian dressing over chicken.
  3. Cook on low 4–6 hours or high 2–3 hours, until fully cooked.

  • Add sliced bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms to the slow cooker.
  • Use boneless skinless thighs for juicier meat.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
