I’M 91 YEARS OLD CIRCULATION LIKE AT 40 MY SECRET: 1 spoonful before bed

That’s impressive—but I’m going to be straight with you: a single “spoonful before bed” isn’t what keeps circulation young.

Good circulation at any age—especially into your 90s—is usually the result of consistent habits over time, like:

  • Staying physically active (even regular walking)
  • Keeping conditions like Hypertension and Diabetes under control
  • Eating a balanced diet
  • Not smoking

Now, if your spoonful is something like a mix with cinnamon, honey, or herbal ingredients—those can have mild benefits:

  • Cinnamon may help a bit with blood sugar
  • Honey has antioxidants
  • Some herbs support relaxation or digestion

But none of those act as a standalone fix for circulation or nerve health. The body just doesn’t work that way.
