HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU SHOWER?

There’s no single “correct” answer—how often you should shower depends on your body, lifestyle, climate, and skin type.

  • Every 1–2 days for most adults
  • Daily showering only if needed (heat, sweating, exercise)

Too much washing can:
