Honey Bananas

Here’s a simple and delicious way to make Honey Bananas β€” a quick sweet treat that works as breakfast, dessert, or a healthy snack 🍯🍌


🍯 Honey Bananas (5–10 Minutes)

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced lengthwise or into rounds)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or coconut oil)
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Chopped nuts or sesame seeds (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan
    • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the bananas
    • Place banana slices in a single layer.
    • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  3. Add honey & spice
    • Drizzle honey over bananas.
    • Sprinkle cinnamon and a tiny pinch of salt.
    • Let cook 30–60 seconds until caramelized.
  4. Serve warm
    • Spoon over yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, waffles, or ice cream.
    • Add nuts for crunch if desired.
