Here’s a refreshing and nutrient-packed Fresh Green Juice recipe 🥬🍏 — perfect for a morning boost, detox, or just getting extra veggies in your diet.


🥤 Fresh Green Juice (Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple (like Granny Smith or Fuji)
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • Optional: ½ cup water or coconut water (for a smoother consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients
    • Wash all produce thoroughly.
    • Chop cucumber, celery, and apple into pieces that fit your juicer or blender.
    • Peel lemon and ginger.
  2. Juice or Blend
    • Juicer method: Feed all ingredients through your juicer.
    • Blender method: Add all ingredients with water or coconut water, blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (Optional)
    • If you prefer a smooth juice without pulp, strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
  4. Serve
    • Pour into glasses over ice if desired.
    • Drink immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.

🔹 Tips & Variations

  • Add ½ green bell pepper or kale for extra vitamins.
  • Add a few mint leaves for freshness.
  • Use coconut water instead of plain water for natural electrolytes.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a metabolism boost.
