Au Jus:
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 cups water

- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Assemble biscuits
- Flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Add a folded slice of roast beef and half a slice of provolone in the center.
- Wrap dough around filling and pinch seams tightly closed.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Season
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over tops. - Bake
Bake 13β16 minutes until golden brown. - Make au jus
While baking, whisk au jus mix with water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook according to packet directions. - Serve warm
