  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, large biscuits)
  • 8 slices deli roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese (halved)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp dried parsley

Au Jus:

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 2 cups water

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Assemble biscuits
    • Flatten each biscuit slightly.
    • Add a folded slice of roast beef and half a slice of provolone in the center.
    • Wrap dough around filling and pinch seams tightly closed.
    • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  3. Season
    Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over tops.
  4. Bake
    Bake 13–16 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Make au jus
    While baking, whisk au jus mix with water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook according to packet directions.
  6. Serve warm
    Serve biscuits with small bowls of au jus for dipping.
