Dying muscle Drinking Water on Empty Stomach Immediately After Waking Up!

That phrase is another viral myth—there’s no link between drinking water in the morning and “dying muscle.”


💧 Drinking water after waking up

This is actually healthy:

  • Rehydrates your body after 6–8 hours of sleep
  • Helps circulation and digestion
  • Supports normal body functions

👉 Doctors often recommend a glass of water in the morning.


🧠 What “dying muscle” really means

The real condition is:

  • Rhabdomyolysis

This happens due to serious causes like:

  • extreme exercise or injury
  • severe dehydration
  • certain medications or toxins

❌ It is not caused by drinking water


⚠️ The only caution (rare)

  • Drinking huge amounts of water very fast can dilute body salts
  • This is rare and called water intoxication

👉 Normal intake (1–2 glasses) is completely safe
