✅ Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

2 carrots, sliced

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 zucchini, chopped

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets
