Here’s a simple, actually-delicious 3-ingredient breakfast you can make in minutes:

🍌 Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients (just 3):

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oats

How to make it:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs and oats, then mix well (you can blend for smoother texture).
  3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly grease if needed.
  4. Pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes.
  5. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

Why it works:
The banana adds natural sweetness, eggs bind everything, and oats give a hearty texture—no flour or sugar needed.

Optional add-ons (if you ever want to upgrade): honey, cinnamon, or a few chocolate chips.
