Cumin & chia seed detox drink

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup warm water (or room temperature)
  • Optional: juice of half a lemon or a pinch of honey for taste

Instructions
