  • 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs (for extra crisp)
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1–2 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional, for creaminess)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2–3 tbsp Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture
    • In a bowl, combine corn, mozzarella, flour, egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until it holds together slightly. If too loose, add a little more flour.
  2. Form the bites
    • Take small spoonfuls and shape into bite-sized balls or patties.
    • Roll each in breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  3. Fry the bites
    • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    • Remove and drain on paper towels.
