Here’s an easy, flavorful way to make cranberry sauce pork loin in a slow cooker 🍒🥩 — sweet, savory, and perfect for busy days.


🍒 Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Loin

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2–3 lb pork loin (not tenderloin)
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare

  • Lightly season pork loin with pepper and garlic powder.
  • Place it in the slow cooker.

2️⃣ Mix Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, broth, Dijon, and brown sugar.
  • Pour over the pork.

3️⃣ Cook

  • Low: 6–8 hours
  • High: 3–4 hours
  • Cook until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).

4️⃣ Optional Thickening

  • Remove pork.
  • Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water.
  • Stir into sauce and cook on HIGH for 10–15 minutes until thickened.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Slice pork and spoon cranberry sauce over the top.

🥔 Pairs Well With

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rice
  • Roasted vegetables
  • Stuffing

🔥 Flavor Variations

  • Add fresh rosemary or thyme
  • Stir in a splash of balsamic vinegar
  • Add sliced onions under the pork
