🍞 Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Butter or cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together:
    • eggs
    • milk
    • vanilla
    • cinnamon
    • maple syrup (optional)
  4. Pour mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  5. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the bread absorbs the custard.
  6. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until golden and set in the center.
  7. Warm the included icing and drizzle on top before serving.

Tips:
