Here’s a rich and creamy chicken with cream cheese recipe that’s easy and very satisfying:


🍗 Chicken with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 150–200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup milk or cooking cream
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken
    • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    • Heat butter in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 5–7 minutes per side).
    • Remove and set aside.
  2. Make the creamy sauce
    • In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
    • Add cream cheese and stir on low heat until it melts.
    • Pour in milk/cream and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine
    • Return chicken to the pan.
    • Coat well with the sauce and cook for another 3–5 minutes.
  4. Serve
    • Garnish with parsley or coriander.
    • Serve hot with rice, pasta, or bread.

  • Mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor
  • A little grated cheddar or parmesan for more cheesiness
  • Chili sauce for a spicy kick
