Chicken Wings are a popular snack or meal made from chicken wing pieces, usually seasoned and baked, fried, or air-fried, then coated in sauce. They’re crispy on the outside and juicy inside. 🍗🔥


Simple Baked Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)

Optional Sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels (this helps them get crispy).
  3. Season:
    • Mix wings with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder.
  4. Bake:
    • Place on a baking tray in a single layer.
    • Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.

For Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Mix in hot sauce and honey.
  3. Toss baked wings in the sauce.
