🍲 Chicken and Dumplings

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and milk until just combined. - Cook dumplings:
Drop spoonfuls of dough into simmering soup. Cover and cook 12–15 minutes (do not lift lid while cooking). - Season & serve:
Adjust salt and pepper. Serve hot.

- For richer flavor, use rotisserie chicken.
- For thicker broth, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with water and stir in before adding dumplings.
