Cherry tomatoes are super versatile—you can turn them into quick snacks, rich sauces, or even a full side dish. Here are a few easy and delicious recipes you can try:


🍅 Garlic Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Simple, flavorful, and goes with anything

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: dried oregano or basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking tray.
  4. Roast for 15–20 minutes until soft and slightly blistered.

👉 Great with pasta, rice, or on toast.


🍝 Quick Cherry Tomato Pasta

Light, fresh, and ready in 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil (optional)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and save ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes, cook until they soften and release juices.
  4. Add pasta + a splash of pasta water.
  5. Season and mix well.

👉 Finish with cheese if you like.


🥗 Cherry Tomato Salad

Fresh and refreshing

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cucumber (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Let it sit for 10 minutes for flavors to blend.

👉 You can add feta cheese or olives for extra taste.


🍳 Sautéed Cherry Tomatoes with Eggs

Perfect breakfast idea

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil, add tomatoes, cook until soft.
  2. Crack eggs directly into the pan.
  3. Cook to your preference.

👉 Eat with toast or flatbread.
