  • 1½ cups enchilada sauce

1. Cook the beef

  • Heat a pan over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
  • Stir in spices, salt, and pepper.

2. Prepare tortillas

  • Lightly warm tortillas so they don’t crack when rolling.

3. Assemble enchiladas
