Garlic Butter Beef Strips

Ingredients (for 2–3 servings):

  • 500g beef (sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prep the beef – Slice the beef thinly against the grain. Marinate with soy sauce, black pepper, and garlic for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan – Use a large skillet or frying pan on medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
  3. Cook the beef – Add the beef in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  4. Add butter – Reduce heat slightly and add butter. Stir until beef is coated and garlic is fragrant (1–2 minutes).
  5. Serve – Garnish with parsley or green onions. Perfect with rice, noodles, or a fresh salad.
