Air fryer potatoes

Air fryer potatoes are one of the easiest crispy snacks you can make with very little oil.

🥔 Simple Air Fryer Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (2–3 medium)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper / paprika / chili flakes (optional)

🔥 Steps:

  1. Wash and cut potatoes (wedges or cubes)
  2. Soak in water for 10–20 minutes (removes extra starch → crispier)
  3. Dry them well
  4. Toss with oil + salt + spices
  5. Preheat air fryer to 180–200°C
  6. Cook for 15–25 minutes
    • Shake basket halfway through
  7. Cook until golden and crispy

đź’ˇ Tips for extra crispy potatoes:

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket
  • Dry potatoes very well before cooking
  • A little cornflour can make them crispier
  • Add garlic powder at the end for better flavor

🍟 Result:

Crispy outside, soft inside—like fries but with much less oil.
