Garlic Flatbread

Here’s a quick and soft garlic flatbread (no yeast, no oven)—perfect for everyday cooking:


🫓 Easy Garlic Flatbread (Ready in ~20 min)

Ingredients (6 pieces)

  • 2 cups flour (all-purpose or whole wheat)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • ~¾ cup water (as needed)
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter

Garlic Butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander (optional)

🔥 Instructions

1. Make Dough

  • Mix flour, salt, baking powder
  • Add yogurt + water → knead into soft dough
  • Rest 10–15 minutes

2. Roll

  • Divide into balls
  • Roll into thin circles or ovals

3. Cook

  • Heat a pan/tawa
  • Cook each flatbread until golden spots appear
  • Flip and cook other side

4. Garlic Finish

  • Melt butter + garlic
  • Brush over hot flatbread
  • Sprinkle coriander
