2 Ingredient Biscuits

Posted on April 2, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a super-simple recipe for 2-ingredient biscuits—quick, fluffy, and perfect when you’re short on time:

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup self-rising flour (or all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)
  2. 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

Optional: butter or herbs for extra flavor.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour and yogurt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead lightly: Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead 5–6 times.
  4. Shape biscuits: Pat dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter or a glass.
  5. Bake: Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Optional: Brush tops with melted butter or sprinkle herbs for flavor.

Tips

  • For extra fluffiness, don’t over-knead.
  • Serve warm with jam, honey, or gravy.
  • Can also add cheese or garlic for a savory twist.

If you want, I can also give a 3-minute microwave version of these 2-ingredient biscuits for when you’re really short on time.

Do you want me to do that?
