🌿 Turmeric Salad Dressing

Turmeric salad dressing is a bright, flavorful, and anti-inflammatory dressing that pairs well with greens, roasted vegetables, or grain bowls. The turmeric adds color, earthiness, and a health boost.


🥘 Ingredients (Makes ~½ cup)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together turmeric, garlic, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
