Instructions
1. Make the Patties

- Form into 3–4 oval patties.
2. Brown the Steaks
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove from pan and set aside (they’ll finish cooking in the gravy).
3. Make the Gravy
- In the same skillet, add butter, onions, and mushrooms.
- Cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer until thickened.
4. Simmer Together
- Return patties to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes until cooked through and tender.
