1. Preheat oven:

Heat to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
2. Make the cake batter:

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes until thick and pale. Add vanilla.

Gently fold in the dry ingredients just until combined.
3. Bake the cake:
