1. Preheat oven:

  • Heat to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

  • Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.

2. Make the cake batter:

  • In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes until thick and pale. Add vanilla.
