Here’s a recipe for the legendary Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken — juicy, tender, and packed with flavor thanks to a creamy, cheesy topping that bakes into a golden crust. It’s easy, comforting, and always a hit!


🍗 Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (for a lighter version)

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven:
    Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Make the topping:
    In a bowl, mix together:

    • Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

    • Parmesan cheese

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Paprika

    • Salt and pepper

  3. Prepare the chicken:
    Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
    Spread the mayo-cheese mixture evenly over the top of each piece.

  4. Bake:
    Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.

  5. Optional broil:
    For an extra golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end — but watch carefully!

  6. Serve:
    Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.
