4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (optional for extra kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the spicy Cajun Alfredo pasta:

12 oz twisted pasta (fusilli, rotini, or gemelli)
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 small onion, finely chopped
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
-
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
-
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
-
Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Prepare the steak bites:
-
Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
-
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter. Once melted and bubbling, add the steak bites in a single layer (do this in batches if needed to avoid crowding).
-
Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness). During the last minute, add minced garlic and spoon the garlic butter over the steak bites. Remove steak bites and keep warm.
-
-
Make the spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce:
-
In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent (3-4 minutes).
-
Add minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
-
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
-
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
-
-
Combine:
-
Toss the cooked pasta in the spicy Alfredo sauce until well coated.
-
Plate the pasta and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley.
