🌿 Thymus vulgaris (Garden Thyme)

Garden thyme is a fragrant, perennial herb widely used in cooking and traditional remedies. It belongs to the mint family (Lamiaceae).

  • Small woody shrub (6–12 inches tall)
  • Tiny gray-green leaves
  • Delicate pale pink or purple flowers
  • Strong, earthy, slightly minty aroma
