🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon (skin removed)
- 1½ tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- ½ tsp salt (adjust if seasoning already salted)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
🔪 Prep the Salmon
- Pat salmon dry.
- Cut into thick strips (about 1-inch wide).
- Toss gently with lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
🍳 Breading Station
Set up three bowls:

2️⃣ Beaten eggs
3️⃣ Panko breadcrumbs
Dip each salmon stick:
- Coat in flour
- Dip in egg
- Press into panko
🔥 Frying
- Heat 1–2 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry in batches 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
