Crispy Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:

2 lbs (900g) baby potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or dried rosemary/thyme

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. -
Prepare potatoes:
