🍗 Chicken with Cream Cheese (Creamy Skillet Recipe)

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 200 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Optional: spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes
👩🍳 Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear in a large skillet over medium heat with oil/butter (5–6 minutes per side) until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until smooth. Add Parmesan if using.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer 5 minutes until coated in thick, creamy sauce.
- Add spinach or other extras if desired and cook until wilted.
