🥨 Butter Toffee Pretzels

🛒 Ingredients
- 8 cups mini pretzels (twists or sticks)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup toffee bits (optional but amazing)

1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make Toffee Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat:
- Melt butter.
- Stir in brown sugar and salt.
- Bring to a gentle boil for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda (it will foam slightly).
3️⃣ Coat Pretzels
