🔥 Baked Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade — see below)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra depth)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

  2. Season the shrimp:
    In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil or butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Arrange and bake:
    Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
