Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs (700g) ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery for a twist)

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 cups cooked egg noodles or pasta of choice

Instructions:
