Absolutely! Air fryer chicken thighs are juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and cook up quickly with minimal effort. Here’s a simple, foolproof recipe:

🍗 Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Bone-In or Boneless)

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on or boneless, skinless)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Prepare the chicken:

    • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels (especially if using skin-on — this helps crisp it up).

    • Toss in a bowl with olive oil and all the seasonings until evenly coated.

  3. Air fry:

    • Bone-in, skin-on thighs:
Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 24–28 minutes, flipping halfway through. Skin should be crispy and golden, and internal temp should reach 165°F (74°C).

    • Boneless, skinless thighs:
Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. Rest & serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps the juices redistribute.

🥗 Serving Ideas:

  • Pair with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

  • Add a drizzle of honey or hot sauce for a spicy-sweet kick.
