Colon Cleansing Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant (2–3 minutes).
  2. Add carrots, celery, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans. Sauté 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable broth (or water), tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20–25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in leafy greens and cook another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and add fresh lemon juice. Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
  7. Serve warm.
