Slow cooker pork chops are tender, juicy, and full of flavor because they cook slowly in a savory sauce. It’s an easy meal that requires minimal effort.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thick gravy)
  • 1 tbsp oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Brown the Pork Chops (Optional)

  • Heat oil in a pan and sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side to add flavor.

2️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker

  • Place sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Put pork chops on top.

3️⃣ Add Liquid & Seasoning

  • Mix broth, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour over the pork chops.

4️⃣ Cook Slowly

  • Low: 6–7 hours
  • High: 3–4 hours
  • Pork will become very tender.

5️⃣ Thicken the Gravy (Optional)

  • Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the cooker for the last 15 minutes.
