🍥 Cinnamon Roll

1️⃣ Activate the yeast
- Mix warm milk, yeast, and a little sugar.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2️⃣ Make the dough
- Add flour, sugar, salt, butter, and egg.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
3️⃣ Roll and fill
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
4️⃣ Roll and cut
- Roll into a log and cut into 8–12 slices.
5️⃣ Second rise
- Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Bake
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
7️⃣ Add icing
- Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
