🌿 Bay Leaf & Clove Herbal Tea

This is a soothing, aromatic tea made with bay leaves and cloves. It’s popular for digestion, immunity, and stress relief.

🧾 Ingredients (1–2 cups)

  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 3–4 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or lemon for taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Boil Water

  • Pour 2 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

2️⃣ Add Spices

  • Add bay leaves and cloves.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.

3️⃣ Strain & Serve

  • Strain into a cup.
  • Add honey or lemon if desired.
