For the Steak Patties
- 500 g ground beef
- Β½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
For the Mushroom Gravy
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp black pepper

1οΈβ£ Make the Patties
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into oval patties.
2οΈβ£ Brown the Patties (Optional but Recommended)
- Heat a pan and quickly brown both sides of the patties for 2β3 minutes.
- This adds extra flavor.
3οΈβ£ Prepare the Crockpot
- Place sliced onions and mushrooms in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Put the patties on top.
4οΈβ£ Make the Gravy
- In a bowl, whisk beef broth, flour (or cornstarch), soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Pour over the patties.
5οΈβ£ Slow Cook
- Low: 6β7 hours
- High: 3β4 hours
The gravy will thicken and the patties become tender.
