This no-fail recipe uses just a few ingredients and comes together fast in the microwave. Perfect for when you want a rich, chocolatey treat with minimal effort.
3 Minute Fudge
Ingredients (Makes about 36 small squares)

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (14 ounces or about 400 grams) sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, crushed candy, or mini marshmallows
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the pan

Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) or 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Leave some overhang to help lift the fudge out later.
Step 2: Combine ingredients

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

Do not add the vanilla yet.
Step 3: Microwave

Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute.

Stir well.

Microwave again for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Stir again to ensure everything is combined.
Step 4: Add flavor and extras

Stir in the vanilla extract.

If using nuts or other mix-ins, fold them in now.
Step 5: Set the fudge

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

If desired, sprinkle extra toppings on top and press lightly.
Step 6: Chill

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
